The Perfect Corporate Event and Wedding Venue

The Ballroom is a beautiful venue with LED lighting, tables and chairs, chiavari chairs, a prepping area, food serving carts, disposable gloves, and warming stations. It is perfect for use as a wedding venue or a corporate event space. Please note that our warming stations are to be used for warming only and that our prepping does not have a stove. You may have your event catered or bring your own food.

Our venue accommodates 10 to 80 people is available daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM; all cleaning must be completed by 11:00 PM and all guests, caterers, and service providers must depart by that time. Trash must be placed in garbage cans. The $250 damage deposit will be fully refunded if the venue is undamaged. Standard pricing is $200 an hour, with a 2-hour minimum. A discount is available Monday through Friday until 3:00 PM Friday afternoon; contact us to learn more. The full balance is due 30 days before your event. Weekend pricing is structured as follows:

  • Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM - $1200
  • Saturday, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM - $700
  • Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM - $700
  • All-Day Rental, Saturday or Sunday - $2000

Additional Details

Our space is decorated in gray and white and features chandeliers, a 55" HDTV, a Bluetooth surround system with a wireless microphone, and a podium. Square and round tables and chairs are available. Our venue features ample parking and is close to the Hampton Inn & Suites for your convenience, in addition to being only 10 minutes from downtown Frederick.
